The new ICWFF will open its doors in Shenzhen, a strategic and business centre in Guangdong, former fishermen village that has become a futuristic megalopolis, in the South of the Pearl River Delta, at the crossroads of Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau.


With a population of 110 million and GDP per capita above 13,000 $, Guangdong is the first Chinese region for wine imports with 53% of the commercial flows in this sector. With 17 million inhabitants, Shenzhen stands out by its unrestrained economic expansion.

Through ICWFF, China gives European brands, both reputation and niche, entrance to a vast market.

While The International Culture Wine & Food Festival is open to all, its’ primary goal is to facilitate meetings and connections between the different actors in the market place.

150,000 wholesalers, 2,000 importers 5,000 distributors but also retailers, hotels, bars , restaurants, supermarkets, etc. That is why the first day is reserved only for business customers. The ICWFF will help set up meetings and facilitate contact between various participants.

In its villages, pavilions and booths, the International Culture Wine & Food Festival promises to do everything possible to facilitate appointments and contacts. A dedicated place, open throughout the duration of the Festival, will enable exhibitors to meet all interested parties in meeting rooms.

Finally, each visitor badge according to category level will permit the wearer to purchase food/drink up to a certain value from the stands. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste, enjoy and also purchase each product on display at the booths. At the end of every evening during the festival, the tokens that have been spent at each stall will be collected and counted and the monetary value will be reimbursed to each exhibitor.

The ICWFF organizer commits to assist all exhibitors in selling their products on the Chinese Market after the end of the Festival.

Passport & Visa

All visitors and exhibitors must have a valid passport that expires at least 6 months after the end of their trip, as well as a visa to enter China. The agency can handle and assist with visa formalities.

From Hong Kong airport there are various options for visitors and participants:

  • Transfer by boat | IMPORTANT : stay in the international zone without going through Customs, and follow the directions « Hong Kong – Macau Ferry ». Tickets can be obtained from the company and paid by Visa credit card.

Registration procedure

No reservation could be taken into account if it is not accompanied by the payment of the deposit concerning registration (30% of the chosen option), this for an inscription before Sep. 30, 2014.

For any registration as from Oct.1, 2014, the payment of the totality will be required with the reservation sheet. Please, note that the official registration date is the date of the registration payment.

You will receive by mail or by fax a registration confirmation. The final invoice will have to be payed before Oct.19, 2014.


Cancellation policy

Only cancellation notices transmitted by mail, fax and email will be taken into consideration. Cancellation fees will be incurred as per conditions set forth below:

  • Over 60 days prior to arrival, an amount of 60 € par registration will be retained.
  • Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be retained.
  • For all cancellation between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival, Pour toute annulation intervenant entre 29 et 8 jours avant l’arrivée, 90 % of the booking amount will be retained.
  • For all cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival, 100 % of the booking amount will be retained.

These cancellation fees can be reimbursed if the cancellation insurance was subscribed (in accordance with the insurance general terms and conditions).
