On the menu, there are fresh oysters from France, pizzas from Italy, ice-cream naturally sweetened with fruity flavour, chocolate pastries from the mountain area of Switzerland, and German sausages accompanied by fresh beer. During these 5 days, don’t forget to follow the 2014 International Professional Bartender China final Competition on the site. Whether for the training session, or the competition itself, come and admire their super performance and try their new cocktails that are specifically created for this event: for example, a cocktail that’s mixed with Scotch Whisky and Campari, and also with grapefruit syrup and a little bit of egg liquid.
