ICWFF, the first international festival of European Gastronomy, will be closed tonight, Monday 17th November 2014. To celebrate the end of this 5-days carnival, there will be a gastronomic dinner and closing ceremony tonight at the site of the festival.

But before the closing, what are the figures of consuming like for this festival of European gourmets that’s held in the heart of Shenzhen? On the side of food and drinks, ICWFF sold almost 8.500 pizzas, 1.5 ton of sausages, 10.000 litters of beer, 3.000 oysters, 85.000 glasses and 150.000 bottles of wine, 4.500 scoops of ice-cream, 1.800 crepes, 750 portions of food prepared by Top Chef, 100 kilograms of hams, and more than 10.000 cocktails.

On the side of performance, 6 clown magicians sculptured more than 3000 balloons of all shapes and all colours. From mid-day to midnight, 40 artists showed people the art of life and European festival performance. About 100 shows were presented throughout the festival.

This is only the beginning of ICWFF. We hope to see you again next year!
